- To Reschedule an Appointment, Go to the official website of the ORS Patient Portal.
- ORS Portal’s homepage will be open on your screen next.
- Here you have to first log in to your account just clicking on the Login/Register option.
- You have to enter your login credentials to log in to your account.
- Then you need to click on the option called “My Appointment”
- After completing the login process you can see your previous appointment details.
- Click on the appropriate appointment, you have to reschedule.
- Then you have to click on it and you will get the many options.
- Now you have to click on the option called “Rechedule Booking” to modify or reschedule the appointment.
- Kindly choose a new date and time for your appointment from the available slots to confirm the changes.

- Enter the UHID no and then click on the Get OTP. Enter the received OTP in the particular column.
- Then click on Verify and you will be reached t the next page. Next, your all personal and demographic details will be shown on the screen.
- Click on the Appointment option, then again click on the Follow-Up Appointment.
- After that, click on the appointment date and confirm your appointment date & time slot. Now, click on the proceed button.
- The next page will open with appointment details. Here you have to click on the “Book appointment” button.
- Finally, your AIIMS Delhi OPD Follow-Up Appointment will be booked.
- You can download the Appointment slip by clicking on the print button.
